About the Role

We're looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to own our presence across social platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our social strategy, growing our audience, and building an engaged community that supports our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for all social channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Identify trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Plan, write, and publish engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories, short-form video, carousels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create high-quality visuals and video content.
  • Ensure all content follows brand voice, tone, and visual identity guidelines.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with our community, creators, and relevant accounts to build relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Manage any issues, complaints, or crises on social and escalate when needed.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, follower growth).
  • Run A/B tests on content formats, posting times, and messaging to improve results.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve performance and inform overall marketing decisions.

Campaigns & Collaboration

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Identify and work with influencers/creators where relevant (from outreach to briefing and performance tracking).
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, best practices, and current trends.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable creating basic graphics and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, etc.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, native analytics).
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience working with influencers/creators and managing partnerships.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and broader digital marketing.
  • Previous experience in education industry
