We are currently seeking a Marketing & Purchasing Associate to be based in Naga City, Camarines Sur, who will support the Purchasing and Marketing department in achieving its business objectives and conducting its day-to-day operations. In this role, the MPA will perform a variety of administrative, marketing, and sales tasks and functions.

Supervise & Assist the Purchasing assistance in creating purchase orders, coordination with suppliers, and various reports. Performs canvassing of items and suppliers when needed. Ensures timely and accurate delivery of items purchased. Maintains updated supplier list.

Assist proposal and bid document creation and coordination with involved departments & suppliers. Deliver presentations during sales calls, meetings, and actively probes clients to determine scope of requirements. Maintains report on accounts and status of opportunities.
