Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of e-commerce projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Assist in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, and maintaining alignment with broader team and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify potential roadblocks early and contribute to the development of proactive, solution-oriented strategies.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, recommending process improvements and supporting remediation efforts to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, scope, requirements, and status updates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise progress reports, presentations, and updates to project teams and other stakeholders.
  • Track and report on project performance metrics and success criteria to support continuous improvement.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Miro, or similar) to organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to project plans.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic eCommerce environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, including creating project plans, managing schedules, and coordinating resources.
  • Experience in B2B or eCommerce environments is a strong plus.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for celebrating team achievements and driving collective success.
  • Strong team player who understands the collaborative nature of project management and values cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to global stakeholders, including product, marketing, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for the eCommerce industry.
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, evolving timelines, and changing project scopes.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to dive into new challenges and contribute wherever needed.
  • Has own WFH equipment (laptop, noise cancelling headset) and back up internet connection
