About the role

Sky Green Imports Incorporated is seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our finance team in our Valenzuela City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Handles the computation of revenue taxes (withholding taxes, income tax, VAT, etc. )
  • Analyzes, Monitors and reconciles tax related computations and prepares schedules.
  • Handles tax compliance including preparation and filing.
  • Oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting transactions of project/operations.
  • Must have strong knowledge in managing project cash flow
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Keep company financial information confidential
  • Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting and reporting role
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
