Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating on-site HVAC construction activities.
  • Lead the on-site team to ensure proper execution and timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare required materials before construction and coordinate with property management.
  • Liaise with property management during and after construction to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect and organize construction data and assist in project acceptance and turnover processes.
  • Report project progress, identify issues, and escalate concerns to management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of VRF systems and/or water-cooled systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing or handling HVAC projects.
  • Basic project management skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to diagnose and provide preliminary solutions for air-conditioning faults.
  • Skilled in resolving common HVAC equipment and system failures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC design standards (e.g., ASHRAE) and local safety codes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites, including remote or extended project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
