Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO with daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and reminders.
- Monitor and respond to emails, flagging important matters.
- Arrange travel plans and prepare itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, team members, and external contacts.
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations; attend meetings to take minutes.
- Conduct research and provide concise summaries.
- Organize files and manage digital records.
- Assist with task prioritization and deadline tracking.
- Support data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
