Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure efficient time management, and handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate
- Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in personal tasks such as errands, personal scheduling, reservations, and travel planning
- Monitor deadlines and ensure the executive is briefed on upcoming commitments
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support business and personal activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and a proactive, can-do attitude
- with Bachelor's degree
