Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure efficient time management, and handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in personal tasks such as errands, personal scheduling, reservations, and travel planning
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure the executive is briefed on upcoming commitments
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support business and personal activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • with Bachelor's degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
