Full Stack Developer (PHP/Symfony + React)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and support the continued development of our CRM application. This role requires strong backend expertise with PHP (Symfony) and solid frontend development skills using React. You'll be responsible for building scalable backend services, implementing real-time features, and developing modern, maintainable user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.

This is an urgent hire — applicants must be available to start within two weeks.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Proven experience in backend development with PHP and Symfony

Proficient in building user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript frameworks

Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services

Solid skills in SQL and database performance optimization

Familiar with Redis, WebSockets, Mercure, and Nginx

Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and DevOps practices

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

Proficiency with React Native for cross-platform mobile development

Background in developing and maintaining CRM platforms

Experience working in a distributed team setting
