Customer Care Senior Associate

Description
Resolve customer issues digitally with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate troubleshooting and support across multiple channels
De-escalate customer concerns while ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Manage multiple requests and tasks while prioritizing effectively
Collaborate with the team and work independently when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any field)
At least 2.5 years of international contact center/customer service experience (hyper care support a plus)
Prior digital/call center experience preferred
Strong communication (written, oral, listening, comprehension)
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills (Excel, MS Office)
Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong decision-making skills
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php115,000.00 per month
