We are there for our customers' marketing needs throughout their business journey. The Global English Customer Care Specialist handles customer service inquiries regarding Vista products, services, and site navigation in a professional and efficient manner. The Global English Customer Care Specialist also delivers seamless omnichannel experience support on all platforms such as Voice, Chat, and Email in the US, UK, Canada, and ANZS.
What You Will Do:- Be a frontline representative supporting Vista customers via Phone, Email, and/or Chat.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to optimize each customer interaction.
- Empathize and relate to customers, even during difficult conversations.
- Answer all customer inquiries through various channels in a courteous and professional manner.
- Guide customers through websites, platforms, and tools to complete desired actions.
- Accurately diagnose inquiries and provide appropriate solutions based on defined procedures.
- Utilize appropriate systems and resources to assist in responses.
- Support internal and external customers professionally and courteously.
- Apply minimal sales and design expertise to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships and commitment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.

- At least 1 year of BPO experience supporting customer service, preferably handling multi-channel platforms.
- Knowledge of or interest in internet/web technologies and social media.
- Highly motivated to act independently and acquire new skills.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and use multiple systems.
- Inclination to graphic design and experience with graphic design tools or photo imaging software is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
