Position: Product Training Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php25,000 - Php35,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
With 2-3 years of relevant experience in appliances or call center industry
Amendable to attend face to face interview
Amendable to work on site
Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach agents on how to use the appropriate operational tools and call center software.
Assist the training manager in planning and overseeing training schedules to ensure smooth delivery.
Collecting feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training materials and methods.
Use interactive and captivating teaching techniques to provide call center agents with both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Give practical instruction to illustrate troubleshooting and product repair methods.
