Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Event Designer to help conceptualize and execute sophisticated event experiences. This role blends design thinking, spatial creativity, and project coordination to deliver events that meet brand-building and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop event layouts, visual concepts, and attendee experience flows
  • Apply inspiration, creativity, and imagination to produce unique event designs
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand objectives and translate them into design solutions
  • Manage all aspects of event design—from pre-planning and resource coordination to on-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Produce complex digital files, drawings, and renderings from concept to final execution
  • Ensure all creative deliverables from agencies or graphic designers maintain visual integrity and brand consistency
  • Monitor inventory levels and resolve issues across clients, internal teams, and vendors
  • Ensure designs meet client and corporate requirements, stay within budget, and are delivered on time
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all design-related tasks

Required Skills:

  • An eye for creatively using space and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think deeply about the consumer journey
  • Ability to maintain the integrity of creative assets across multiple stakeholders
  • Basic project management and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva)
