Contract of Service

Responsibilities

  • Improve and update GPPB-TSO's branding, including the development of a new official logo and visual identity system.
  • Design layouts and templates for self-paced modules, infographics, e-learning visuals, and instructional guides.
  • Lead the redesign and provide continuous visual design support for the GPPB-TSO website (graphics, banners, icons, user interface).
  • Provide visual design support for website improvements (graphics, banners, icons).
  • Provide event documentation through photography and basic photo post-processing.
  • Work closely with the Video Producer for integrated designs in animated explainers and with the Communications Officer to maintain visual consistency across FB, YouTube, Website, and Spotify.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least two (1) year of relevant cumulative experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong portfolio in design, branding, and layout.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Skills in illustration, character design, or infographics are preferred.
  • With event photography/documentation experience
  • Relevant training and experience in graphic design, design principles, and photography.
  • Preferred: Applicants with their own laptop capable of handling design and video editing.

Location: Commonwealth, Quezon City

Work Setup:
Onsite, Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM
