About the role

This full-time customer service role at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to clients using an AI-powered detection tool. Based in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be a key part of the customer service team, delivering high-quality service and finding solutions to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the AI detection tool
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed case notes
  • Continuously learning about product updates and new features to better assist customers
  • Contributing to the enhancement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • With or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with technical support and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the call centre and customer service industry
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
