Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer loan application forms and documents to determine eligibility.
  • Liaise with customers by phone and email regarding the status of their application and for additional information required.
  • Liaise with the onshore team for information and documents related to the loan application.
  • Understanding all the business products.
  • Updating account information and maintaining customer records.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assess insurance applications and evaluate risks based on established guidelines and policies.
  • Determine appropriate coverage, premiums, and terms for insurance policies
  • Review and analyze financial statements, medical reports, and other relevant documents
  • Collaborate with agents, brokers, and clients to gather additional information when needed
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for insurance approvals or declinations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company products.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of underwriting guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior underwriters.
  • Contribute to the achievement of department goals and objectives
