What you'll be doing

  • Designing, developing, and modifying mechanical systems, equipment, and components to meet the specific requirements of our leisure farm operations
  • Conducting tests and analyses to evaluate the performance and reliability of mechanical systems, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions with electrical, control, and automation systems
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our operations remain at the forefront of sustainability and innovation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the leisure, agriculture, or manufacturing industries
  • Proficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCAD
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
