1. Marketing Design & Content Creation

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, tarpaulins, brochures, and social media posts.
  • Create digital and print designs for promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, layout, color, and message across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and printers for the production of marketing materials.
  • Capture or source photos/videos for marketing use and assist in editing content.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing activities to support sales and business objectives.
  • Assist in field activations, trade fairs, and community events to promote fiber internet products.
  • Work closely with the sales team in preparing promo concepts and visual materials to attract SME and residential customers.
  • Support online marketing initiatives, including social media posting, boosting, and content scheduling.

3. Product and Market Support

  • Assist in gathering market and competitor data for campaign planning.
  • Recommend promotional concepts and visuals suited to different market segments (SME, residential, corporate).
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure materials accurately represent service features and benefits.

4. Coordination & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals, giveaways, and printed materials.
  • Handle documentation, budget requests, and liquidation for marketing expenses.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and photo documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or graphic design.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willing to travel or support field marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php30,000.00 per month
