The Learning Engagement Officer shall be in charge of the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of various PFS People Engagement and Development programs. Among the key roles of this position include Individual Contributor, Administrative Assistant, Course Designer, Content Developer, Researcher, Trainer and Facilitator, and Program Evaluator.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies and execution of the PFS Bootcamp with a goal to improve overall employee engagement and morale
- Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with the People Engagement and Development Manager (PEDM) in identifying engagement issues and suggest actionable plans.
- Assist in Organizing company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Advocate for employee well-being programs, ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and connected.
Learning and Development
- Conduct research and survey to help PEDM in identifying training and development needs across the business through program assessments, performance reviews, and consultations with line managers.
- Assist in designing, delivering, and supporting the creation of personalized learning pathways for employees to foster both professional and personal development.
- Assist in the conduct of onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires feel integrated and supported.
- Conduct research and TNA and use the results when creating programs and training materials;
- Develop various learning materials using various platforms and media.
- Facilitate assigned training programs or learning sessions;
- Handle the administrative aspect of assigned training program (such as coordination with heads, provider and participants, physical arrangement of venue, food arrangements, budget coordination, preparation of materials, etc.);
Reporting Objectives
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on engagement trends, training outcomes, and overall development metrics.
- Conduct program and training course evaluation;
- Prepare evaluation reports of training conducted;
- Manage People Engagement and Development databases and training records
- Prepare reports and other deliverables as may be assigned by the PED Manager and Product and Support Head
Others
- Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Education. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Development, Organizational Development, Psychology or any other related field.
- Experience. At least 2 years experience with People Management, Development, Engagements, and Events. Experience working in a Financial Institution/ MSB's, Banks under Customer Success or HR- Training and People Engagement is an advantage.
- Skills. Proven ability to design and implement successful learning and development programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with survey tools, performance tracking, and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively, execute events relevant to build and enhance relationships across all levels of the business (and the organization as a whole) with an ultimate goal of fostering positive workplace cultures and continuous improvement.
