Qualifications:

  • Any Vocational course grad or College level
  • At least 0-2 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or brand compliance (preferably in retail, or building materials industry but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and good understanding of branding and visual merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills ; able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Preferably knows how to operate Manual Transmission
  • Owning or being able to operate a motorcycle is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to travel frequently for store visits and field monitoring.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
  • Possesses a proactive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to check and monitor the condition and placement of all marketing collaterals (tarpaulins, stickers, samples, samples, displays, and other materials).
  • Ensure proper branding application, correct logo usage, and compliance with marketing standards and visual guidelines.
  • Verify that marketing instructions and promotional mechanics are accurately followed in all stores and dealer outlets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and marketing staff or collateral requests, replacements, or update.
  • Prepare detailed reports and photo documentation of store checks, highlighting compliance, issues, or areas of improvements.
  • Assist in the execution of in-store marketing activities, dealer promotions, and product visibility program.
  • Support the implementation of brand campaigns and ensure consistency in all regional or local executions.
  • Conduct benchmarking activities to compare Mariwasa's in-store executions, displays, and promotional strategies with competitors and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in other marketing-related activities or projects assigned by the marketing Head/Manager as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
