Job Summary

The Market Research Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support the business strategies and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and industry opportunities to guide decision-making and drive business growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, emerging competitors, and industry developments.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and business growth.
  • Create regular reports and executive dashboards summarizing key market intelligence.
  • Conduct ad hoc research to support new initiatives, partnerships, or product strategies.
  • Prepare executive briefings and business reviews

2.Internal KPI Tracking & Performance Management

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators for the team.
  • Design dashboards and performance tracking tools to provide real-time visibility.
  • Identify performance gaps and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Facilitate internal communication and ensure follow-through on high-priority tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in market research, business analytics, or data analysis (preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with survey tools and statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
