Responsibilities:

  • Make daily schedules for home health service.
  • Continuously assess staffing levels, admission and visits volumes, and other operational parameters to make immediate adjustments as needed.
  • Real-Time Monitoring of patient's home health visits.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing requirements based on historical data, trends, and anticipated demand.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to workforce performance, adherence, and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding real-time updates, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Run system reports.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the Las Vegas, California & Arizona geography (zip codes).
  • Act with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks and stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve under adverse conditions and critical situations.
  • Sends out notification to email concerns of the initial and finalized schedules.
  • Creates intraday analysis and simulations on the schedules plotted.
  • Updates schedules to ensure proper staffing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any medical related field (preferred)
  • Experienced as a scheduler is a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in BPO Home Health / Healthcare account.
  • With a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks and stringent deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organize individual
  • Proficient on general use of MS applications and basic tools.
