We are on the lookout for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer/Data & Dialing Specialist. This is a foundational role focusing on high-volume outbound calls to pre-screen candidates and ensuring a strong "candidate experience." You will also play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our candidate database. This role is perfect for a driven, process-oriented individual who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment where hard work leads to tangible results.
Core Skills Required
- For Graduates: A recent degree in HR, Psychology, or Business with a strong desire to learn.
- For Career Changers: Previous experience in a high-volume dialing, customer service, or sales role.
- Mandatory excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- High proficiency in computer systems (MS Office/G-Suite) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Mandatory Requirements
- Education vs. Experience:
Option A (Graduates): Recent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or similar. (No corporate experience required if you have the right degree and attitude)
Option B (Non-Graduates): If no relevant degree, you must have proven experience in a high-volume dialing role (e.g., Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Customer Service, appointment setting or Recruitment).
- Communication: Excellent English skills to confidently pre-screen candidates and manage the "@Hireme" inbox.
- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite. Experience with CRM/ATS systems (like JobAdder) is a bonus but not required, we will train you
- Performance Mindset: Willingness to meet high-volume dialing targets.
- Work Style: A self-starter with a sense of urgency who works well under pressure and loves hitting goals. Hard work and results have a proven record of being rewarded in this team
- Location: Mandatory Willingness to work Onsite (Makati)
