Job Summary:

  1. The position is responsible for proper and timely management of all disciplinary documents, inter office memorandums, provides assistance on all departments to understand company policies and procedures, and conducts HR related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations and Disciplinary Administration

1.1 Provide guidance to department heads and supervisors on the proper implementation of the Code of Conduct.

1.2 Draft and issue disciplinary notices and ensure they are approved, signed, and coordinated with concerned departments.

1.3 Monitor adherence to disciplinary procedures and serve as a deputy in ensuring compliance with the Code of Discipline.

1.4 Ensure that all employee disciplinary actions and notices are properly documented, communicated, and filed in the employee's 201 file.

2. Policy Implementation and Internal Communication

2.1 Assist departments in understanding and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.

2.2 Ensure timely and proper dissemination of internal memoranda, announcements, and policy updates.

2.3 File all communications and ensure documentation is complete and accessible for audit or reference.

3. Separation and Exit Management

3.1 Conduct exit interviews and collect relevant feedback.

3.2 Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions or improvements.

3.3 Ensure proper documentation and communication of all employee movements (e.g., resignation, separation, and reassignment).

4. Employee Engagement and HR Events

4.1 Plan, prepare, and coordinate company-related events such as career fairs, benefit orientations, and employee development programs.

4.2 Recommend and support employee engagement initiatives based on feedback and organizational needs.

4.3 Gather, analyze, and summarize post-event survey results and make data-driven suggestions for continuous improvement.
