Job Description:

  • Identifies staffing needs, sources candidates through various channels, conducts interviews, selects the best-fit applicants, and manages the onboarding process.
  • Collaborates with the hiring managers regarding the requirements for the requested manpower.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Review resumes and applications, assess candidates' skills and experience and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, working with department managers to evaluate and select the most suitable applicants.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and initial training.
  • Maintain accurate data of all employees in HRIS - personal information, compensation, employment status, transfer of department etc.
  • Handles report related to manpower - transfer, internal hiring, new hire, resigned employee on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Handles resignation letters, exit interview, clearances, last pay process and COE of resigning employees.
  • Other task assigned by the immediate Superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
