Role

Our customer, has developed a custom engagement platform called Connexus, aimed at strengthening relationships with its distributors. Connexus provides several modules, including training on client products, gamification, a marketplace for order placement, and additional configurable components.

As the platform is being rolled out to new markets, we are looking for a Product Deployment Coordinator based in the Philippines to support deployments across Asian markets. This role acts as the link between local client stakeholders and our technical and delivery teams, ensuring successful configuration, testing, training, and rollout of the Connexus application.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for local client markets in Asia during the deployment of the Connexus platform.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with each market to understand their specific needs and available configuration options.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure the application is configured according to market requirements.
  • Coordinate with the testing team to validate the configured solution and support the resolution of defects.
  • Plan and manage the deployment roadmap together with the local JTI teams.
  • Support and participate in training sessions for key users in each market.
  • Ensure tasks, requirements, user stories, and deliverables are properly recorded and tracked in Azure DevOps.
  • Promote and apply agile methodologies throughout the deployment process.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment with the JTI teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute proactively within a team of 5 professionals dedicated to Connexus deployments.

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly proactive, with strong initiative and ownership.
  • High level of English (spoken and written): mandatory.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar work-management tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Technical background sufficient to: understand integrations with third-party applications, work with APIs, navigate Azure cloud environments and related services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across different countries and time zones.
