Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Product Manager for Electronic Gaming Terminals oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle of EGTs to ensure they meet regulatory standards, address customer needs, and remain competitive within the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and enhancement of EGT products, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market demands.
  • Conduct in-depth research on gaming trends, competitive products, player behavior, and regulatory requirements specific to electronic gaming terminals.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of updates, features, and new product releases.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, game development, design, compliance, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product output.
  • Drive product launch initiatives, including preparing documentation, coordinating with operations, and ensuring smooth deployment to gaming sites.
  • Monitor product performance through data analysis, KPIs, customer insights, and field feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and make data-driven product enhancement recommendations.
  • Conduct user testing, field evaluations, competitive benchmarking, and regulatory reviews as required.
  • Manage product budgets, timelines, resources, and collaborations with third-party suppliers or technology partners.
  • Ensure all EGT products adhere to relevant industry regulations, certifications, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in Electronic Gaming Terminals, slot machines, gaming software, casino systems, or similar gaming technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes, hardware-software integration, and technical requirements related to electronic gaming devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret product performance data and player insights to drive decisions.
  • Solid understanding of target markets, player behavior, and gaming industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience in product launching and lifecycle management within a technology or gaming environment.
  • Background in consumer electronics, gaming equipment, or software development is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail.
