ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritize work effectively, ensuring focus on the highest-impact tasks.
  • Manage timelines and scope, coordinating closely with stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Drive the product development and refinement process, proactively identifying and removing blockers across teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution, maintaining momentum and visibility on all ongoing workstreams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test cycles, validating outcomes, and ensuring readiness for release.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in product development, product management, or project management.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teams.
  • Familiar with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive work to completion in collaboration with designers and engineers.
  • Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and other technology stacks used in building products.
  • Knowledge of and experience with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp (ClickUp preferred).
  • Experience in a startup work environment is preferred.
  • Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)
  • Salary Budget: Php 60,000-Php 80,000
