We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in selecting, purchasing, and managing inventory that aligns with our brand and financial goals. You'll work cross-functionally with vendors, store teams, and logistics to ensure that the right products are always available at the right time and price.

What You'll Do:

Merchandise Management

  • Set up SKUs in our system with all relevant item and vendor data
  • Conduct regular price benchmarking and adjust pricing as needed
  • Collaborate with store managers on visual merchandising

Vendor Management (Local & Foreign)

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve any product or service concerns

Inventory Management (Imports)

  • Forecast sales to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely and accurate deliveries

Sales Monitoring

  • Analyze sales and profitability of assigned products
  • Recommend pricing strategies and markdowns as needed

  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety Standards – Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure all imported goods meet FDA and legal requirements
  • Expiry Management – Especially for health and personal care products with short shelf lives
