The Business Continuity Lead ensures that critical business operations can continue or recover quickly during disruptions such as natural disasters, system outages, or public health emergencies. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, IT, Facilities, HR, and Executive Leadership—to develop, test, and improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring organizational resilience and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

· At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Operations Resilience, or related functions.

· Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA safeguards).

Desired:

· Professional certification such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM, or PMP.

· Experience managing crisis communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

· Familiarity with cloud-based telephony, WFH enablement, and distributed workforce continuity planning.

Experience working in a healthcare BPO, shared services, or clinical delivery environment
