An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager, Business Continuity Management (BCM) to lead and oversee all aspects of the BCM lifecycle within a dynamic, global organization. Reporting to the Director, Business Continuity and Operational Risk Management, this role plays a key part in ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, ensuring alignment with global policies, standards, and local regulations.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and develop comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to support business recovery objectives.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and training to stakeholders on BCM best practices and strategic implementation.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document results of BCM tests and exercises, ensuring continuous improvement of recovery plans.
  • Maintain and monitor BCM data, dashboards, and KPIs to support executive reporting and audit readiness.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support during incidents, coordinating response and recovery activities as required.

About You

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Business Continuity Management or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as CBCI or CBCP highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience with BCM software tools and Emergency Notification Systems.
  • Strong understanding of BPO, BPM, or financial services environments preferred.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting timelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
