We are currently looking for two (2) HR Officers to be assigned to the following locations:
LAS PIÑAS OFFICE (1 Slot)
Address: B6 L2 Liberato St., L. Hernandez Ave., Brgy. Almanza Uno, Las Piñas City

PARAÑAQUE OFFICE (1 Slot)
Address: Fortuna Building, 8338 Dr. A. Santos Avenue, San Isidro, Parañaque City, Metro Manila
Landmark: Bank of Commerce – Valley 1
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: manpower requests, job postings, screening, interviews, and job offer preparation
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and pre-employment medical exams
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and 201 file creation
- Prepare employment contracts, JOs, EMFs, and related hiring documents
2. Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain and update 201 files (physical and digital)
- Process employee movements (transfers, promotions, resignations, contract renewals)
- Prepare HR forms: EMF, PBC, NTE, NOD, IR, COE, clearance, and certifications
- Ensure accuracy of employee masterlists and HR trackers
3. Timekeeping, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, missing logs, overtime, and leave filings
- Validate timekeeping data and coordinate payroll inputs
- Upload and maintain leave credits and attendance records in HRIS (e.g., Sprout/DingTalk)
- Handle payroll-related employee concerns and adjustments
4. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Assist in handling disciplinary cases: NTE issuance, hearings, documentation, and NOD preparation
- Ensure due process and proper documentation in line with company policy
- Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances
- Support HR Manager in labor-related cases and mediations (DOLE/NLRC)
5. Compliance & Government Benefits
- Assist in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR enrollment and updates
- Process benefit claims and employee records updates
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
- Support DOLE reports and inspections
6. HR Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, QA, Payroll, and external service providers
- Support HR projects such as HRIS migration, policy rollouts, and audits
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower summaries
- Assist in performance management, PBC tracking, and KPI monitoring
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
