As a Learning Consultant, you will do more than just support learners — you will act as their trusted guide throughout their learning journey. You'll help them overcome challenges, stay motivated, and achieve their training goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to learner inquiries via phone and email
  • Explain how to use the service and assist with scheduling lessons
  • Conduct consultations to identify learner needs and concerns
  • Follow up with learners to encourage continued engagement
  • Deliver presentations and demos during orientation sessions
  • Translate materials within the learning portal (English Japanese)

Qualifications

Required:

  • English: Conversational level or higher
  • Japanese: Native or near-native, fluent in business communication
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Valid work visa in Philippines
  • Some professional experience (open to recent graduates or early-career professionals)

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles
  • Strong PC skills (able to type while speaking on the phone)
  • Responsible, proactive, and positive attitude
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to different situations
  • Interest in using or improving English in a professional setting
  • Passion for language learning and personal growth
