We're hiring a Japanese Language Program Coordinator to take on a Program Head role at PJ Link Language Center in Makati, Philippines

Location: Makati | Full-Time Employment

Visa Sponsorship Available for Qualified Native Japanese Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Nihongo (Beginner to Advanced)

Lead and develop the Nihongo program and curriculum

Mentor and manage Nihongo instructors

Plan teacher training and improve instructional quality

Monitor and report learners' progress

Oversee class scheduling and evaluations

Prepare for the final day of the program

Collaborate with management and support marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 holder

  • 5+ years of teaching experience

  • Experienced in Irodori, Try, or e-Try

  • Proficient in Japanese and English (business-level)

  • Strong leadership and classroom management skills

  • Experience abroad or TOEIC 700+ is a plus for native speakers
