We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with advanced QuickBooks expertise to help us maintain precise financial records and support our mission of delivering top-notch service.

You will be responsible for managing all bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate data entry in QuickBooks, reconciling accounts, and generating reliable financial reports. This role requires exceptional QuickBooks skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles, with a focus on supporting our dental billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all financial records in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, invoices, and payments.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking.
  • Generate custom QuickBooks reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support tax preparation and coordinate with external accountants.

Qualifications:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience with advanced QuickBooks skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
