Position: PH Cloud Accountant

Company: Bean Ninjas USA

Qualifications (Filipino candidates only – please do not apply if you do not meet these)

-3+ years of full-time accounting experience in a BPO or similar environment

-End-to-end bookkeeping experience, including preparation of Balance Sheets and Income Statements

-Proficient in cloud accounting software and platforms (Xero and/or QuickBooks Online)

-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)

Role Details:

-Full-time work (Mon-Fri) for our US clients, within Philippine working hours (8 am to 5 pm)

-Flexible schedule possible once familiar with client processes and workflows

-Excellent attention to detail and time management

-Team player with a collaborative mindset

Specific Responsibilities

As a Cloud Accountant, you will manage reporting and weekly/monthly transaction processing for a portfolio of Bean Ninjas bookkeeping clients.

Bookkeeping Service Delivery

-Use Xero and QuickBooks Online, including add-ons and integrations like Hubdoc, A2X, Receipt Bank, Stripe, and PayPal

-Respond to client queries via our HelpScout email helpdesk

-Communicate effectively with tea mbers via Slack

-Write clearly: concise, understandable, professional, and helpful, with the ability to build rapport through written communication

Remote Work Requirements

-Self-motivated and capable of working independently

-Reliable high-speed internet connection

-Maintain computer and work security/privacy

-Comfortable working with dual monitors or splitting a large monitor for bookkeeping tasks
