Culture, Communications, and Engagement Specialist

What You'll Do
As our HR Culture, Communications, and Engagement Specialist, you'll lead initiatives that bring positivity, clarity, and belonging to our virtual workforce. You'll design and deliver programs that remind our team why they love what they do—whether they're working from home or joining us onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support programs that promote MEDVA's mission, values, and culture
- Plan and manage engagement activities, recognition programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Leadership to enhance employee experience
- Draft and distribute internal communications—announcements, newsletters, email blasts—with clarity and warmth
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather insights and recommend improvements
- Support DEI initiatives and ensure team voices are heard
- Communicate across all levels to foster collaboration and trust
- Stay current with engagement trends and best practices
- Source vendors for engagement-related procurement and assist with HR admin tasks
What You Bring

- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in HR, culture building, or employee engagement
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with MS365, Google Workspace, Adobe, Canva, AI tools, and feedback platforms
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and creating spaces where everyone can thrive
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and survey results
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, tech, or remote support roles
