Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assists the Executive Chef in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer services, and merchandising
  • Coordinate, monitor, and report daily operations
  • Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory level
  • Maintains a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front
  • Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensures that the store policies and procedures are followed
  • Research new wholesome food suppliers and negotiate prices
  • Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders as needed
  • Manage and store vendor's contracts and invoices
  • Coordinate communication between front and back of the house staff
  • Prepare shift schedule of staff
  • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues
  • Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
  • Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
  • Responsible for POS and printers operating procedures
  • In charge with GCash Management - controlled and secured cash procedures with monitoring cash sales and change fund
  • In charge with Petty Cash procedure and monitors transaction
  • Responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of recipes
  • Provides checklist for staff trainings/cross-training, hiring, positioning, as well as preparing training materials
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time tot time by immediate superior.
