About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at BG BROS PHARMACY INC', you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bustling restaurant in the heart of Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will ensure the smooth running of the establishment, from managing staff to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen, wait and bar staff to maintain efficient and high-quality service
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to optimize restaurant operations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of restaurant employees
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries, addressing any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and dining experiences

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and cost control
  • Thorough understanding of food safety, licensing and other regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experienc
