Site Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision or management
  • Experience in fit-out projects is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software for construction
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiar with Philippine construction laws, permits, and safety standards
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide project execution
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations (DOLE, DPWH), and other applicable standards
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve on-site technical concerns
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection requests, and material requisitions
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain standards of workmanship
  • Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and as-built drawings
  • Supervise the proper use, handling, and maintenance of construction equipment and materials
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and monitoring project budgets
  • Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates to the project management team
