QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction

Management, or a related field.

  • At least two (2) years experience in construction or project site engineering,

focusing on electrical systems, smart home technologies, or building construction.

  • Experience in working on a large-scale residential, commercial, or smart home

integration project is a plus.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required).

  • Safety certifications (OSHA, First Aid, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, and electrical installations.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively

manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the technical aspects of the construction projects, particularly those involving the

installation and integration of the company.

  • Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring that the

work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards

  • Liaising between the office and field teams, managing contractors, and ensuring that

projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Other duties that may be assigned and deemed necessary in the course of the

company's business
