  • Project Management: Planning, organizing, and coordinating all on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensuring the project adheres to engineering specifications, design drawings, and relevant building codes.
  • Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process, ensuring work is executed to the required specifications.
  • Health and Safety: Enforcing safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining clear and effective communication with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and other relevant parties.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and safety inspections.
  • Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, assisting with bidding and negotiation, and ensuring the project stays within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
