_ We're Hiring: Foreman – Fire Protection / Plumbing _

Location: 2256 Rizal Ave. Santa Cruz Manila.

Are you an experienced and motivated Foreman with a strong background in Fire Protection and Plumbing systems?

We're looking for a reliable team leader who can manage site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful execution of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:


•Supervise and coordinate the installation of fire protection and plumbing systems on-site.
•Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and standards.


•Lead and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors.


•Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.


•Maintain daily progress reports and ensure project timelines are met.


•Conduct site inspections and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.


•Manage materials, tools, and site logistics.Requirements:
•

3 years of experience in plumbing and/or fire protection installation.
•Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role is essential.


•Strong understanding of local plumbing and fire safety codes.
•Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.


•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
