Job Summary

The Customer Care Associate handles and resolves customer inquiries across various channels, making sure every interaction meets company standards. This role is under one of our subsidiaries and supports customer care operations for its assigned accounts. The focus is on delivering quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer concerns through the company's customer care platforms.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet required response rates and quality assurance standards.
  • Process and resolve customer tickets within set service level agreements (SLA).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and business partners for concern resolution.
  • Conduct call-outs for collection campaigns and send notifications to identified accounts.
  • Use the CRM Ticketing System for documentation and case tracking.
  • Follow company policies, data privacy guidelines, and quality audit procedures.
  • Participate in required training and development programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Business Management, or related courses.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Adaptable, agile, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Amenable to work at MS4, Lancaster New City, Cavite.
