Key Responsibilities

  • Manage worldwide airline and aviation authority data supply for fleet information.
  • Secure access to civil aviation registries and onboard new suppliers.

  • Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to address supply gaps and improve workflows.

  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to enhance supply processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data literate
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and database navigation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with autonomy in decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in teams.
  • Background in a multinational organization
  • Background in vendor or supplier management; aviation experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and GenAI applications (CoPilot, Gemini) is a plus.
  • Background using CRM systems is a plus.

Additional requirements:

  • Willing to work in a people-facing role (involves calls/meetings with vendors/suppliers)
  • Open to international travel (possibility of travelling abroad to attend conferences)
