Job Summary

We are seeking an entry level Architect with experience in designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development: Create architectural designs and plans for various projects, considering functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with local regulations.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project delivery meets design intent and timelines.

Technical Documentation: Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and other necessary documents for permits and construction.

Site Coordination: Conduct site visits for project monitoring and coordination with stakeholders.

Compliance:Ensure designs comply with Philippine building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Innovation: Explore sustainable and innovative design solutions fitting project goals and company vision.

Skills:

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

- Strong conceptual and spatial design skills.
