Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Business Solutions' primary focus will be on value creation for our customers. You will be responsible for determining what products to build and guiding the team to deliver those products to market – strategy, execution and user experience part of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine product vision, product-market fit, product goals and product roadmap.
  • Understand how online orders flow through our backroom channels and understand how these processes impact our business requirements and output.
  • Conduct market research and utilize customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for existing features and new product opportunities that are aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Work with our CX and Data teams to maintain a constant feedback loop and ensure that we are always delivering customer-relevant product builds at all times.
  • Provide regular communications/updates on key projects and initiatives to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in product management role.
  • At least 5 years' experience in retail and/or related industry.
  • Can lead and facilitate strategy and planning sessions.
  • Certifications on operations management and project management.
