Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizational Development
1. Reviews and updates Position Description and Qualifications (PDQs) of each position in the company
2. Develop functional competencies and corresponding assessment tools in partnership with department heads
3. Helps in finalizing organizational charts and plantilla in concurrence with department heads.
4. Monitors implementation of Performance Management System (PMS)
5. Assists line leaders in the implementation of career and succession planning programs of each business unit
6. Conducts Organizational Climate Surveys/ Organization Diagnosis
7. Reviews and analyzes data gathered through Organizational Diagnosis (e.g., Employee Engagement Survey, Organizational Culture Survey, Demographic Risk Assessment, etc.).
8. Monitors institutionalization of the company's Vision-Mission-Values (VMV) aligned with the company's strategy and culture.
9. Gives recommendations/ comments on OD-related policies and processes.
Learning and Development
1. Conducts training needs assessment of a department, section or individual
2. Designs relevant training programs based on needs assessment
3. Partners with

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably communication, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Organization or any related course

At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development
