OFFICIAL POSITION TITLE UPON HIRE:
- Duty Manager - Go Hotels Iloilo
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
- oversees daily front office operations to ensure excellent guest service, efficient workflow, and compliance with company standards
- the role involves supervising front office staff, resolving guest concerns, and supporting management in achieving operational goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field preferred
- at least 1-3 years of experience in front office or guest services, with supervisory background preferred
- strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- ability to handle guest issues with professionalism and sound judgement
- willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
