- At least with Master's units in Psychology, preferably with focus on clinical, assessment, counseling or similar field
- Licensed psychometrician or licensed psychologist
- With relevant experience in doing school assessment and educational research
- Knowledgeable about the different psychological tests for educational assessment
- Skilled in doing psychological reports and monitoring student progress
- With accreditation from test publishers to purchase psychological tests
- With experience in maintaining test databases
- With computer and presentation skills '
- Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team
- Adherence to College policies and procedures
- With keen attention to details
- With sense of urgency and can work under pressure
- With positive work attitude and commitment
