We're looking for a
Brand & Social Intern
who lives and breathes social, thinks creatively, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This role is for someone who wants to sharpen real brand-building skills—not just observe from the sidelines. You'll work on meaningful projects, contribute ideas that matter, and collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams just like a Brand Executive would.

What You'll Work On

You'll be empowered to build core marketing skills across:

  • End-to-End Social Strategy & Content Execution
  • Develop content ideas, plan calendars, brief creatives, support shoots, publish assets, and track performance. We want someone who understands what makes content
    hit
    —not just what looks good.
  • Impactful Content Creation
  • Bring fresh ideas to life through thumb-stopping social posts, reels, or community content. A track record of high-engagement or creatively standout content (personal projects, org work, or freelance experience) is a big plus.
  • Influencer & Community Management
  • Identify creators who genuinely fit our vibe, help manage relationships, and contribute to a strong, engaged OATSIDE-loving community.
  • Activation Planning & Execution
  • Assist in planning on-ground activations, campaign launches, sampling events, and internal brand initiatives. Support coordination with agencies, suppliers, and other teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Media, PR, Creatives, and Production to bring campaigns and ideas to life.

  • Bonus: you've created content that performed well (even outside school—IG, TikTok, orgs, passion projects, etc.)
